Pakistan has shifted all its terror camps and launch pads near LoC to increase infiltration in the area. These terror camps have recruits from Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), and Hizbul Mujahideen, according to sources. The route maps, show infiltrators using multiple entry routes to avoid any incident of firing by the Indian security forces.
According to new intelligence input, all launch pads have trained terrorists, who are directly managed by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence. It has been learnt that the entry of terrorists to the LoC will be a “bonus" for the ISI, however, Pakistan has already transported almost 300 small weapons via drones in and around Srinagar for hybrid killing.
Top Indian intelligence sources told that terror outfits from Pakistan are pressurising the Pakistani army to break the ceasefire. Intelligence inputs confirm that the terror groups are putting pressure on the Pakistani Army for infiltration.
There is a huge trained cadre, most of them were forced by the Taliban in Afghanistan to back to Pakistan, sitting pretty in Peshawar, Bahawalpur and Muzaffarabad ready to infiltrate the Indian territory, sources added.
Indian intelligence sources say cadre infiltration means the Pakistani Army will support the terrorists along the LoC. “Their cover fire will force us to fire back and in that case, it will be difficult to sustain a ceasefire at this stage."
Sources say there are three prominent clusters, that are fully operational in Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir (PoK) — Manshera, Muzaffarabad and Kotli. Manshera has three camps in Boi, Balakot, and Garhi Habibullah while Muzaffarabad has Chelabandi, Shawainala, Abdullah Bin Masood and Dulai.
Three PoK brigade of the Pakistani Army located in Kotli coordinates the activities of Sensa, Kotli, Gulpur, Fagosh and Dubgi camp of the Kotli cluster.
These “active" camps mainly work as feeders to the launch pads located in the forward areas, which are 2-3 km from LoC in Gurez, Kel, Neelum Valley, Tangdhar, Uri Chakoti, Gulmarg, Poonch, Rajouri, Naushera and Sundarbani sector.
According to the intelligence sources, these training camps are occupied by terror groups, which recruit youth from the South Punjab province of Pakistan. They are brought here to impart training mainly in arms and suicide attacks.
They move just before the winter season, and the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) sitting in Srinagar work as their support. OGWs get weapons sent by the ISI through drones.
