There are several conspiracy theories pertaining to the second wave of Wuhan virus. Are these mere perceptions or is it a well-orchestrated strategy?
Let us look at the events that have happened after the re-election of NDA Government in 2019. First, the abrogation of Article 370 and its attendant Article 35 A, an unprecedented effort at integrating this part of India into the rest of India. The salient aspect of this legislation has been declaration of Ladakh as a Union Territory. Ladakh is of interest to both our adversaries China on the Eastern side and Pakistan on the West. We do know of the excellent bonhomie between Pakistan and China ever since the NDA came to power.
Certainly, whether this level of cordiality was there during the time UPA was ruling India is not well established. Pakistan has given unrestricted access to China under the economic corridor CPEC to sensitive establishments which includes regions in the northern Ladakh. During the UPA times this was not really warranted because in UPA especially Congress the China had an ally. The NAC recommended policy changes and tariff regimes to help China capture Indian markets at the cost of Indian SMEs. The Congress party clinched an MoU with CCP whose contents are still shrouded in mystery was an offer of olive branch to China. Let me flag, this MoU was signed in the presence of Indian Ambassador to China Nirupama Rao in 2008 thus making it appear like an inter-Governmental MOU. But the MHA which vets even enterprise to enterprise MoUs was not even aware of this. So given the bonhomie, the NDA one the face of it was a challenge to China. Beijing didn’t take kindly to the aggressive moves of NDA-II.
First decision you take is about Article 370. Article 370 I have been saying for donkey’s years that it is a goldmine for certain political families of Kashmir Valley who have close connections with Pakistani leaders sharing the booty. This booty had also spelt spinoffs for the Chinese.
Adar Poonawalla’s moves to UK citing threats to his life. Will this move impact the vaccine manufacturing and supply in India?
In January 2021 Serum Institute announced the first and cheapest vaccine. In the 3rd week of January itself there was a fire in his factory building. That is the first giveaway. Even before the police could commence any investigation, a NCP politician stated that the fire incident it is an accident. Hence it is a clear give away that a blueprint had been laid to counter the success of Serum Institute possibly even by attacking the Owner of the Serum Institute. But it is unfortunate. We could not protect the most prized industrialist in this times of Corona. It is like losing a general during the course of war.
Report of availability of Indian vaccine in Pakistan recently surfaced in some publications even as several states are reporting vaccine shortage. Are these events related?
I too have read the report. At the same time we also have read reports of lots of Pakistani vessels being apprehended by Customs and Coastal security forces with huge caches of drugs for trafficking into India. You too must have come across these reports. If there is an increased traffic of vessels for Pakistan (not necessarily Pakistani) vessels that is indication of a two-way traffic. This is one indication of such vaccines being smuggled out of India. Now there are also reports that Indian Vaccines are in demand and are being sold for $15-20 in Karachi, Lahore etc. In this context on the demand side it is well known that whatever the trade embargo, Pakistani generals have their network to get whatever they want for India whether it is liquor or Manikchand and any other item.
On the supply side the vaccines have been issued to state governments and if proper supply side audit is conducted you will find the results astounding and for all you know you may find many political forces involved in this. Besides, sea couriers who carry out the drug trade don’t take their vessels empty so the land couriers would also follow the same pattern because reportedly some of the vaccines found in Pakistan were issued to Rajasthan and Punjab.
While the Left Liberal brigade has come down heavily on election rallies and kumbh mela, the farmers protest at the Delhi border aren’t criticised despite the congregation being an infection time bomb? As India is going through a critical phase battling the pandemic, several inimical developments are also bothering the domestic stability. Can you connect dots for the viewers?
It is a dominant collaboration of Press and some people from the Bar. Most of the parts of this have been covered under the framework I have given to you in response to the first question. These are cascading intelligible ground level signs of what I have explained there. With Kashmir special package siphoning of funds has come to an end. The humongous scale of corruption has been countered. Ease of doing business had bettered. Mudra has triggered lot of small level investments driving the economic bandwagon. North East is peaceful for which from my personal analysis the Nation should thank Kiren Rijiju, Dr. Jitender Singh and Smriti Irani for their respective contributions in NDA-I. Dominant coalition of leftist who are the ambassadors of China, the liberals of Aman ki Asha types who are ambassadors of Pakistan aren’t really happy with these developments. They raked up NRC issue in the backdrop of the legislation of CAA, which offers citizenship to persecuted minorities from India’s neighbourhood. Neither CAA nor NRC are going to affect Indian citizens living in India.
Similarly, even the farm bills, which aims to bring about reforms in Agriculture sector and increase farmers income have nothing inimical in them. But then the usual suspects lent support to these protests. The protests are still continuing despite the pandemic.
Interestingly after the roll out Indian vaccines for citizens and launch of Vaccine Maitri, Covid numbers have increased and the left liberal condemned India’s generosity. Timelines point to the obvious.
Hot-spots of the first stage of Covid 2 were Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Kerala and these states with denial and indifference failed to curtail the spread of virus and allowed the Covid 2 to mutate. A political angle emerges from these events. All these activities are indirectly supported by the same activists funded by anti-India forces. In what can be an undeniable coincidence, each of these anti-India activities also get extolled in Global Times.
