Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) leader Sardar Aman Kashmiri has stepped up his criticism of Pakistan, calling on the country’s government and military to leave Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). He said the committee would continue its struggle until its demands were met and vowed to carry the movement forward “until the last breath.”

Kashmiri said the movement had entered a new phase. He argued that the struggle was no longer limited to demands or negotiations with the authorities. He also spoke about creating a new political system, forming a new government and framing new laws for the region.

‘We will bring a revolution’

Kashmiri said the JAAC would remain firm despite the difficulties and resistance it faced. He said the members of the movement were ready to face hardships and continue their fight for what they described as their rights.

“We will stand firm until our last breath. We will endure every hardship, but we will bring a revolution," he said.

“We will struggle for our rights until the very end," he added.

His remarks reflect a tougher position from the JAAC leadership. The committee has continued to pressure Pakistani authorities over political and rights-related issues in PoK. Kashmiri’s latest comments suggest that the movement now seeks a wider political change rather than only specific concessions from the authorities.

‘Accept our demands and leave our homeland’

Kashmiri also directed a strong message at Pakistan’s government and military. He said negotiations remained the only option available to them and called for the acceptance of the committee’s demands.

“Pakistan government and the military have only one option; negotiations — Accept our demands and leave our homeland, Kashmir," he said.

While negotiations have remained part of the movement’s approach, Kashmiri’s latest remarks went beyond seeking an agreement with the Pakistani authorities. He called for Pakistan’s government and military to leave what he described as their homeland.

‘We now want our state’

Kashmiri said the movement no longer wanted to limit itself to putting forward demands before the existing authorities. He said the objective had shifted towards securing a separate state.

“We no longer want to make mere demands. We now want our state and we will take our state from them by any means necessary, God willing," he said.

He also rejected the current political system in PoK. Kashmiri said the movement would seek to establish a new government and create a new set of laws. He presented this as part of the broader change the JAAC wants to bring to the region.

“We will defend our land at all costs. We will form a new government. We will make new laws. We will no longer accept this current system," Kashmiri said.
