The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) declared its control over Mach city and adjacent areas for the past 15 hours, asserting it as part of their military campaign named "Operation Dara-e-Bolan."
According to a statement released, Jeeyand Baloch, a spokesperson for BLA, reported that "Four Baloch freedom fighters of the Majeed Brigade have made the ultimate sacrifice." The group's claim suggests a significant development in the ongoing conflict in the region, marking a strategic advancement in their operations.
The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) asserted control over the entry and exit routes in the region, employing explosive mines to obstruct potential enemy reinforcements, as declared in their statement. This strategic move by the BLA's Special Tactical Operations Squad (STOS) underscores their efforts to consolidate control over the area and disrupt adversary movements.
The Fateh Squad, as per the BLA's statement, has assumed control over crucial sites including the Police Station, Railway Station, and multiple areas within Mach city. This development follows the announcement by Balochistan's interim Information Minister, Jan Achakzai, who reported on Monday that the Pakistani Army had thwarted three simultaneous militant attacks in the Mach area of Balochistan.
In a recent statement, Jeeyand Baloch, the spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), asserted, "The BLA's operation Dara-e-Bolan has resulted in the elimination of at least 45 personnel from the Pakistani military. The deceased soldiers' bodies are currently in our custody."
Baloch also mentioned the arrest of several Police and Levies personnel, who were subsequently released with warnings. He cautioned that any attempt by these personnel to impede Operation Dara-e-Bolan would be met with appropriate action.
However, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) asserted that its Majeed Brigade had effectively surrounded the primary camp of Pakistani forces, establishing fortified positions after infiltrating from multiple directions.
According to the BLA's statement, "The Fidayeen of Majeed Brigade will fight till their last bullet. So far, at least 45 enemy personnel have been killed in Mach, and 10 were killed in the Peer Ghaib attack."
The statement conveyed a message to the Baloch nation, urging Baloch youth to join the ranks of Baloch freedom fighters so that the enemy is compelled to flee from the Baloch motherland in months rather than years.
The BLA's operation, focusing on key strategic locations like Mach jail, the railway station, and other governmental facilities, signifies a significant offensive in Balochistan's recent history.
