Dubai-based flydubai has entered into new interline agreements with Air India and Uzbekistan Airways, expanding travel options for passengers across Asia, Australia and Europe. The partnerships will give travellers access to more than 80 additional destinations through Dubai.

The agreements allow passengers to book journeys on a single ticket and have their baggage checked through to the final destination. Flyers of Air India and Uzbekistan Airways will also be able to connect to flydubai’s network through Dubai.

With the addition of the two airlines, flydubai’s interline network has expanded to 46 airline partners. Its combined network now covers more than 300 destinations globally.

The Air India partnership will give flydubai passengers access to several Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Chandigarh, Goa, Jaipur, Pune and Varanasi. It will also open connections to international destinations such as Bali, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Mauritius, Melbourne, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.

The agreement with Uzbekistan Airways will allow passengers to connect through Tashkent to cities including Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk and Moscow. Travellers will also gain access to European destinations such as Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris and Rome.

The partnership will further connect passengers to Uzbek cities including Bukhara, Fergana and Urgench. Passengers can book interline flights through the official websites of flydubai and its partner airlines, the flydubai app, Contact Centre, travel shops and travel partners.

flydubai started operations in 2009 and currently serves more than 120 destinations. Through its interline and codeshare partnerships, the airline now provides access to more than 300 destinations worldwide.
