25 Indian tourists injured in Nepal bus crash, 3 in critical condition

At least 25 Indian tourists were injured when the bus they were traveling in, heading to Pokhara in Nepal, got into an accident in Nepal's Dang district, according to the police.
The police also mentioned that 19 of the tourists were taken to the community health centre in Tulsipur, a town in Uttar Pradesh, India, which is located near the border with Nepal. Three of the injured are in serious condition and are receiving treatment in a hospital in Nepal.
"The accident on Friday is suspected to have been caused by a brake failure. Most of the injured are from Lucknow, Sitapur, Hardoi and Barabanki districts of Uttar Pradesh," the police said. After receiving news of the accident, police from Gadhawa, Nepal, arrived at the scene and took the injured to a nearby health center. From there, 19 people were transferred to Tulsipur. Circle Officer Brijnandan Rai confirmed that the 19 injured Indians are currently receiving treatment at the local community health center.
He mentioned that some of the injured were treated with first aid and discharged, while three others were in critical condition and were being treated in a hospital in Nepal.
