NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF VEDIC SCIENCE [NIVS] is conducting 7^th International Conference in AIART in the month of December 2020.

ORGANIZATION

National Institute of Vedic Sciences (R) is an organization founded by H.H. Sri Vignananidhitheertha Swamiji – Pontiff of Sri Sripadaraja Mahasamsthanam. HH Sri Sripadaraja was a great reformer, poet, composer, and philosopher during the 15^th Century.  He was the exponent of the Bhakti Movement through Dasa Sahitya. He was the Chancellor of Mulbagal Sanskrit University (Ghatikasthaana) during that period.

To revive the past glory, Sri Vignananidhiteertha Swamiji founded this Institute in the year 2001.  We have conducted National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and Interactive Lectures every year throughout South India. The aim of the institute is to spread, popularize and re-engineer the vast scientific knowledge hidden in Vedas.

We have published 80 titles connected to Vedic Science after doing serious research on the subject.  We have a Research Wing which is working towards re-engineering Ancient Indian Science.  We have tied up with a few like-minded organizations for doing research activity.  Panchabhootas, Energy and Chemical Sciences and Vedic Mathematics were the subjects in our past International Conferences.

The institute has a good number of Scholars in its faculty who are all Ph.D. holders in their respective branches of subjects.  We have done extensive research work and published many research-oriented articles based on extensive study on sciences from Sanskrit Literature. The present International Conference is to revamp the technology of Ancient Indian Aircraft. This is the first conference being held by this forum.

EVENT 

This is an initiative of a team of researchers thoroughly studying the construction of ancient aircrafts based on the available text written by Maharishi Bharadwaja called Vaimanika Shastra. For the past 10 years we have been decoding Sanskrit texts, generating diagrams and conducting various experiments on fuels mentioned in this book. During the course of our research we met many people across the globe enthusiastically decoding the ancient scriptures to unravel the aircraft construction. The aim of this conference is to unite the people across the globe and create a platform for enthusiastic researchers to achieve significant progress.

2. Dr. V R Panchamukhi, President, NIVS, Founder Member of the Governing Council, CMDR, Former Chairman ICSSR, New Delhi, Former Executive Editor- Indian Economic Journal-New Delhi and Chancellor, Sri Gurusarvabhouma Sanskrit Vidyapeetham, Mantralayam.

Dr. V R Panchamukhi is the President of Our Organization. He is a renowned Indian Economist and a great Sanskrit Scholar. He has held several significant positions across the global platforms. We are blessed to have his overwhelming support to our organization.

3. Dr. Aralumallige Parthasarathi, Vice President, NIVS.

Aralumallige Parthsarathy is an International Scholar and expert in the field of Dasa Sahitya, which preaches the values and culture of the historic Bhakthi movement. [Hari Dasa Sahitya which is practiced through centuries draws its lineage from Madhwacharya]. He authored 52 books and 35 audio CDs. He is recipient of many national and international awards.

4. Prof M A Lakshmi Thathachar, President, Samskriti Foundation.

Prof M A Lakshmi Thathachar is a great Sanskrit Scholar and founder of Samskriti Foundation, Melkote. He is known for his knowledge on Science in Vedas. He consented to deliver Keynote address in our Conference.

5. Dr. B V K Shastry, Chancellor, Yoga Samskrutham University, Florida

Dr.  B V K Shastry is associated with NIVS and founder of YSAM (Yoga Samskrutham University), Florida which awards PhD to the research scholars in Yoga-Samskrutham-languages. He is a scholar in Vedic Sciences.

Dr. Prahlada Rama Rao, Distinguished Scientist, DRDO, Former Vice Chancellor, DIAT, DRDO, Pune, Vice Chancellor, SVYASA University.

He has been guiding our research and is the chairman of Conference Organizing Committee. He is dedicated to support our Venture. He is 2015 PadmaShri Awardee.

The conference will be held at Premchandra Sagar Auditorium, Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru

We have collaborated with Aeronautical Department, DSCE and the staff and students of Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering will take active participation in the Conference.
